Each Crew Leader is trained in our company processes and quality standards so every project is completed the way we believe it should be.
Your Crew Leader is the person on site helping keep the project organized, guiding the crew, maintaining quality, and making sure your home or business is treated with respect. They work closely with our Project Managers and are expected to communicate clearly, solve problems, and pay attention to the details that make the difference between an average paint job and a great one.

Phillip Patterson never planned on a career in the painting business. As a teenager, Phillip worked summers on his father’s painting crews, earning money for his first car during summer breaks. After graduating high school in 1973, he joined the company full-time as an apprentice, learning the lasting value of doing every job right. In 1988, he took over operations, and in 1990, purchased the company and re-incorporated it as Phillip Patterson Painting, Inc. Today, after more than 50 years, Phillip remains committed to quality, honesty, innovation, service, and building trust. Outside work, he enjoys family, traveling, fishing, and golf.
Brandie Miller has been a member of the Phillip Patterson Painting team for six years, serving as Office Manager. She is dedicated to organization, customer service, and supporting daily operations, helping ensure every customer has a positive experience from start to finish. Brandie looks forward to continuing to grow with the company for years to come. Family is especially important to her, and she is a proud mother of two sons and grandmother to three grandchildren. Outside of work, Brandie enjoys scenic drives in her Jeep, riding motorcycles, exploring the open road, and creating memories with her family and grandchildren.
Jacob Holman is an Estimator with Phillip Patterson Painting, bringing a straightforward, consultative approach to residential and commercial projects throughout the greater Louisville area. Known for clear communication and attention to detail, Jacob works closely with clients from the initial walk-through through production planning, focusing on thorough scopes, transparent pricing, and avoiding surprises. He believes great results start with proper preparation. Outside work, Jacob enjoys time with his fiancée, Janie, and their daughter, Dahlia, working out, collecting vintage denim and streetwear, and experimenting with new recipes.
Cami Williams brings a strong background in operations and project management in painting and construction. She focuses on keeping projects organized, helping teams communicate clearly, and ensuring customers have a smooth experience. Cami works closely with crews to maintain proven quality standards. She also enjoys helping team members grow through training and practical systems. Outside work, she enjoys the outdoors, pickleball, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
Eric Blair is a third-generation painter who grew up around the painting industry. His grandfather served as President of the Louisville Painters Union, giving Eric a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and pride in the trade. As Sales & Operations Manager at Phillip Patterson Painting, Eric combines traditional craftsmanship with modern leadership, technology, training, and systems. Outside work, Eric enjoys fishing, boating, the outdoors, and time with his wife, Marica, and their dog, Luna.
