Phillip Patterson never planned on a career in the painting business. As a teenager, Phillip worked summers on his father’s painting crews, earning money for his first car during summer breaks. After graduating high school in 1973, he joined the company full-time as an apprentice, learning the lasting value of doing every job right. In 1988, he took over operations, and in 1990, purchased the company and re-incorporated it as Phillip Patterson Painting, Inc. Today, after more than 50 years, Phillip remains committed to quality, honesty, innovation, service, and building trust. Outside work, he enjoys family, traveling, fishing, and golf.
Brandie Miller has been a member of the Phillip Patterson Painting team for six years, serving as Office Manager. She is dedicated to organization, customer service, and supporting daily operations, helping ensure every customer has a positive experience from start to finish. Brandie looks forward to continuing to grow with the company for years to come. Family is especially important to her, and she is a proud mother of two sons and grandmother to three grandchildren. Outside of work, Brandie enjoys scenic drives in her Jeep, riding motorcycles, exploring the open road, and creating memories with her family and grandchildren.
Jacob Holman is an Estimator with Phillip Patterson Painting, bringing a straightforward, consultative approach to residential and commercial projects throughout the greater Louisville area. Known for clear communication and attention to detail, Jacob works closely with clients from the initial walk-through through production planning, focusing on thorough scopes, transparent pricing, and avoiding surprises. He believes great results start with proper preparation and genuine trust. A La Grange local and devoted family man, Jacob enjoys time with his fiancée, Janie, and their daughter, Dahlia. Outside work, he enjoys the gym, vintage denim and streetwear, and experimenting with new recipes.
Salijane has been an essential part of Stewart Painting for over 35 years. A lifelong Centerville resident, she is married to Sheldon Stewart, the company’s president and owner. Outside of work, Salijane enjoys going on walks with her sisters and friends, and cherishes time spent with her grandchildren. Her dedication and commitment have made her a cornerstone of the Stewart Painting team.
Cami Williams brings a strong background in operations and project management in painting and construction. At Phillip Patterson Painting, she focuses on keeping projects organized, helping teams communicate clearly, and ensuring customers have a smooth experience. Cami works closely with crews to follow proven processes and quality standards while maintaining quality workmanship. She also enjoys helping team members grow through training and practical systems. For Cami, a successful project means more than a great-looking paint job – it means customers feel informed, respected, and cared for. Outside work, Cami especially enjoys the outdoors, pickleball, kayaking, and family time together with friends.
Eric Blair is a third-generation painter who grew up around the painting industry. His grandfather served as President of the Louisville Painters Union, giving Eric appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and pride in the trade. As Sales & Operations Manager at Phillip Patterson Painting, Eric combines traditional craftsmanship with modern business leadership, technology, training, and systems. He is passionate about improving project management, communication, accountability, and customer experience overall. Eric enjoys finding practical ways to help the company grow while maintaining its foundation. Outside work, he enjoys fishing, boating, the outdoors, and time with his wife, Marica, and their dog, Luna.
Carissa Booth joined our team in the Spring of 2022 after seventeen years working for Sherwin Williams! She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State in Business Administration. Carissa is a resident of East Wareham and when she is not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being a baseball coach for her son’s team and spending time at the canal!

The two man team did a great job repairing our dormer siding. They were here at the times agreed upon and made sure along the way that I was satisfied. Very courteous young men and left our home clean as when they arrive. Nice job!
Charlie Miller was our lead painter. They did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous. They arrived and explained exactly what they were going to do, showed us the paint color to make sure everyone was working under the same opinion. They proceeded to clean, sand and paint the entire area. Great results and we are completely happy. We would certainly use Patterson Painting again and hope Charlie would be available.
The crew was punctual, showing up at 7:30 each morning. Charlie, Dillon, and Kevin were polite, engaging, and professional. Charlie, the senior foreman, was very attentive and quick to remedy any issue that arose. I am very pleased with the job they performed and would definitely use them again.
Our house is 100 years old and the outside had not been painted for 20 years and some parts 25 years. The quote process was quick and easy. It took a while before they could get started but they let me know that from the beginning. Once they got started Charlie and his crew did an amazing job transforming our old peeling paint house into a wonderful looking place. Professional, friendly, and committed to quality work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job!
We recently had our house completely painted on the exterior. First time user of this company and we were duly impressed by the quality, knowledge and professionalism shown by everyone we had contact with from Phillip Patterson Painting. A special shoutout to Donnie who was in charge of our job. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly to boot.We have several tall gables and a steep roof and Donnie was not phased by either( After watching him work at those heights ,I believe Phillip Patterson owes him a vacation soon).Exceptional job and crew.Will use the company in the future without hesitation.
